HOW DO I CARE FOR AND/OR USE YOUR PRODUCTS?

Aromatherapy Eye Pillow

  • Washing Instructions: Hand wash exterior cover only in cold water with mild detergent. Air dry for at least 24 hours before use. Wash if exposed to creams, oils, grease, makeup or food. DO NOT WASH INSERT CONTAINING FLAX SEEDS AND LAVENDER

  • Heating Instructions: Lay insert flat on a clean microwavable plate in the microwave. MICROWAVE FOR 20 SECONDS. DO NOT EXCEED 30 SECONDS. Always test touch heat level before placing over eyes.

  • Cooling Instructions: Lay insert flat in a plastic bag and place in the freezer for two hours or overnight.

Candle Care

  • Burn your candle at least 2 hours on the first use, letting the wax melt to the edges to avoid tunneling. Do not burn candles longer than 4 hours at a time.

  • For Premium Wooden Wick Candles: Trim wick to 1/8 inch before each use, removing all charred wood from previous burn. If you do not, the wick may not stay lit long enough to fuel the flame, causing it to extinguish itself.

  • For Candle Tins: Trim wick 1/4 inch before each use; never burn the candle all the way down once the wick tab can be seen. The bottom of the tin may get hot as the wax melts closer to the bottom; use the top lid of the candle tin as a coaster.

Reed Diffuser

  • Insert 6 - 8 reeds in the bottle; refresh the reeds every 4 days by flipping them over.

  • Do not place directly on surfaces, accidental spillage may cause damage.

  • Liquid is flammable, so do not light the reeds.

  • Wash hands thoroughly if you get any fragrance oil on your skin.

We will do our best to ship orders within 3 to 4 business days after credit card payments are confirmed. All orders will be shipped USPS. Actual delivery time will depend on the postal service.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Currently, we only ship within the United States at this time.
